  • Coordinate and track various projects/initiatives against project plans and communicate status
  • Design project plans based on critical analysis of key objectives
  • Implement, manage and track project plans against the plan and business deadlines
  • Communicate updates to project/program directors and managers to keep them informed
  • Develop metrics to measure progress and effectiveness of project plans, adjusting plan based on data
  • Manage project budget to include variance reporting.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • Work experience supporting global sr. level staff in contracts, projects and agreements with internal and external clients preferred.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on cross-functional and/or enterprise-wide projects preferred; Experience with IT projects involving healthcare data analysis would be a plus.
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to get along with a wide range of people and represent the executive offices appropriately to all external and internal parties.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently and use good judgment.
  • Reputation for integrity and discretion; strong organizational skills with a detail focus.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills including presentation skills and use of proper telephone etiquette, correct grammar and punctuation, and proof reading to facilitate communication with all levels of customers, vendors and staff.
  • Strong PC skills, especially MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to be patient, flexible, work across boundaries and thrive within a fast paced constantly changing environment.
